I am reffering to an article on biggerpockets. It says you can buy and sell virtually meaning completely online.How do you know the property isn't trashed if you do it completely online?

If you plan to buy real estate out of your local area, you should expect to have a team on the ground in the place where you do intend to buy. One member of this team should be a contractor who can do inspections, estimate rehab costs, etc, and report this information back to you.
