Looking for the best REIA club in Sacramento CA

My 22 year old son is interested in learning about realestate investing, so in case something happens to me he can help my wife keep the money machine going. 

Most of the time we are 1,800 miles away in Texas and when we are in CA we are over an hour away from him. 

I would like to see him start now so that he can start living free from a job early in life. 

Doing a google search I see a few clubs in Sacramento, what one would be the best for him?
