Sharing My Investment Activities While Employed

So I am trying to transition my primary income from working as an employee to real estate investing. However, I cannot seem to assess the most respectful way to share and promote my investment activities on social media without upsetting my employer. I would like to ask, what does somebody feel the best way to move forward in this situation is? Keeping in mind, I am still trying to keep my job as an income until I am ready to make the full-time jump into real estate.

Come up with a business name and market everything under that name. Setup social media accounts using your business.
