How to monitor out of state renovations

Hi all! I'm getting closer and closer to getting my REI company off the ground and with that comes some more questions (already searched the forum and didn't come up with an answer). How does one monitor the rehab of a property from out of state? I'll be investing in Cleveland from Northern California.
