Rental Investment with duplexes
I reached out recently to a realtor who is an acquaintance. I asked if he had duplexes for sale and he responded he did have multiple complexes with each being fully rented out. I am going to set up a meeting with him to discuss a possible sale of one complex.
What are some questions that i need to cover in this meeting that will direct me on the right path to possibly purchasing my first investment rental property? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
