Hi my name is Brandon, I have some questions about my first wholesale deal I am putting together. If someone could give me a little bit of guidance and answer a few questions I would greatly appreciate it. I feel it's a deal I cant pass up and I want to jump on it but not too fast. I just want to have all of my ducks in a row.
