Miami homeowners insurance
Anybody in Miami know of any affordable homeowners insurance carriers? As if these $250k+ houses weren't enough, I run some numbers, figure what I can offer, run an insurance quote only to realize it is 4-5k, and sometimes more. Add in the 4-6k property tax, and that makes the numbers fairly thin.
