networking with buyers

Hello everyone! I am just getting started with my wholesaling business, and looking for some advice from my BP family on the most efficient ways of finding and networking with serious buyers/investors. Does anyone have some wisdom I can utilize?

I've met most of my buyers either through networking at local REIA groups, or by contacting people who are selling the properties. Sometimes property owners are selling because they want to invest in more real estate - I have found they are usually receptive to me discussing further about working with them as a wholesaler.
