I Need Help With a New Business I Want to Start
I currently live in a home that is paid for 100% by a trust fund which is not in my name nor my wife's. I want to start a Sober Living Home Business in DFW, TX due to the demand and my passion to help others. Could I purchase the a home with an FHA Loan as my primary residence, yet not actually live in it? I will also start an LLC for security reasons but am very new to owning a business especially with these stipulations. Any advice you could give me would be deeply appreciated.
