Have you cried after you rented your last apartment?
So, I bought my 4 plex one year ago during Hurricane Irma. Fast forward one year, and my 3rd set of tenants are moving in. My boyfriend and I worked so hard for the past year on the apartments, I cried (just a little), knowing this experience is over. I thought we would enjoy the success and now I find us looking for the next one. Anyone else feel this as well?
