Bank of America Unlisted REO

There is a property than has been vacant for 3 years. Both owners deceased. I recently decided to get serious and found out that Bank of America holds the mortgage.  However it is not listed on the website.  Upon reaching out w multiple phone calls, I was unable to reach anyone worthwhile.

Does anyone have any advice or a contact that could lead to being able to make an offer?
