Hi, I am Christopher Calkins and I’m new to this site but have been studying real estate for over two years but have absolutely no real experience. Is there any kind individuals in the Philadelphia area willing to be my mentor? I have the funds and am eager to start. I’m tired of waiting on the sidelines.
