Hey BP Nation,

I am in the process of securing my first deal.

Can someone provide a proper rental advertisement post?

Also, do you have to cover personal injuries for your tenants? Or can you provide a clear statement on Lease Agreement stating Landlord is not liable for any injuries of tenant/guests?
