Would buying an apartment be an ideal situation?
I'm 31 with 3 little ones and I'm on my own. Once my car is paid off, which is soon I want to buy. I'm thinking of getting an apartment, using the first floor for myself and renting out the other floors. Any suggestions? I feel like this could help me the most in the long run but I'm new to all of this and don't want to just jump in.
