New Investor in Atlanta market

Hello guys,

I am just getting started in the Atlanta market. I'm currently saving and learning as much as possible on here and through books, podcasts, and real estate agents. I've been pre-approved by a lender to buy in the 150k's .

Now, I'm looking for anyone who's invested in the greater Atlanta area, whether that be in north Georgia (Dahlonega, Cleveland) or downtown in Five Points. I want to know more about which pockets or areas are on the rise and which you'd stay away from, current rental rates (yes, I've used rentometer.com), and general info on starting out.

Also, I'd like to get in contact with real estate agents and lenders who currently invest or have worked with investors in the past.

Thanks in advance for any assistance that you guys can provide and I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!
