Hey @Jeffrey Rowland, I host a monthly meetup, Chicago Multifamily Club and it's for anyone investing in or looking to get into multifamily from 2 units to large apartments.  @Brie Schmidt also hosts a great meetup that you should check out. Ours is the 3rd Monday of the month and hers is the 3rd Tuesday. Note that neither of us are holding our typical meeting in December due to the holidays.
