Wholesaling, rehabbing and llc
Hi everyone. I have a background in construction and I would like to get into rehabbing however I was told by a few people to start wholesaling first. I'm looking to get started into investing this January and wanted to know if I need to start an l.l.c. before I do any deals? Also I wanted to know if I need to start out wholesaling while I keep my job as a carpenter or if I should just jump right into rehabbing?
