Ready to start investing in Miami FL

Hi all, I am new and ready to start investing in Real Estate in EastSouth Florida (MIAMI Dade / Broward) area. I am looking for deals on the MLS, open to contact with Wholesalers and private/hard money lenders. My idea is to flip at the beginning and then when my capital raises a little, start BRRRR.ing Any advice is more than welcome :)
