Jasiel Metcalf
Posted

I'm in the Mississippi area and I'm looking to know how to get started in wholesaling. I've contacted a few properties and even got an attorney but how do I know what price is a good price for my area. Any help is good help

keep in mind in MS its not legal to market properties you do not own..  I had a vendor get in major trouble in Jackson doing this.. so I set up a transactional funding mechanism for him.

you should pop in to the department of real estate they are out there on Lakeland road on the way to the airport.. very easy to talk to an enforcement officer..

I got my brokers license in MS back in the day.. and like I said when my vendor got a cease and desist.. and fined pretty heavy.. those guys don't play around there in Jackson
