I have a full time job, yet i live paycheck to paycheck. Hoping to gain financial freedom by investing in real estate, yet seem to not know where to start. Only steps taken towards this goal is recently buying a home to live in and later rent for passive income. I need a goal !

You're off to a great start buying a home at 20 years old. I'd suggest cutting your expenses as much as possible so you can save up a down payment for your next purchase. Evaluate purchases on a case by case basis (i.e. Do I NEED this?).
