I have 50k saved up how do I get a private lender?
I have 50k save up but I don’t want to spend the whole amount on the down payment. Should I house hack?? Should I get a private leader?? Vendor take back?? Keep in mind I’m a single father of 5.. how would you go about this?? I’ve thought of duplex and renting out the other units..
