Rental Property Expansion
Hi everyone! So I'm just starting in real eastate investing and was wondering how I would go about investing in my second property. My first property I am in the process of closing on & "house hacking", but I'm wondering what types of strategies there are for starting on your second property and how long I should house hack until investing in my second property.
