Rental Complete and Tenants are in
Being in the home improvement business as a contractor since 1992 I have helped many investors and homeowners in my area in all phases of home improvement. In the past year though discussing for many my wife and I have completed our first duplex and have brought in our first tenants. We also have 2 SFR that we will be renting in the near future. Our goal is to invest in wholeselling, fix and flips, and buy and hold.
Of course this is just the beginning but we are very excited about our plans and look forward to the many possibilities in REI.
