Hello BiggerPockets,

My name is Scott and I’m a new real estate investor in SoCal. I’m in the early stages of developing my Real Estate Investing business and I’m looking to connect with experienced Wholesalers and/or Investors.

At the moment I'm working on analyzing my local market and finding good deals. Does anyone have any good advice for evaluating a home's ARV and repair costs?

Also, should I work with a contractor to help evaluate the repair costs?
