I’ve been able to save 40k from my delivery business and want to get started in investing/flipping. I have horrible credit and wanted to know where to start. I will be starting credit repair the beginning of the year but wanted to know did I need to wait. If not what are some suggestions I can potentially add 20k to my savings in a 2 months for rehab if needed

Repair your credit first. You need to position yourself to be a successful investor. Having bad credit makes you a very high risk. If you want to be successful you cannot have bad credit
