New Investor Advice

I have recently began learning about Real Estate and I am by no means anywhere close to being ready to Invest. I am located in Lubbock, TX and have recently joined a meet-up group. What are some of the other ways that worked the best for you in the beginning to learn as much as possible.

Connor,

Read! Listen to podcasts, get familiar with the industry. Google everything you don't know. Don't be afraid to ask questions, and personally, I think the best thing you can do is have a mentor. A mentor is there to help you make familiar of the unknown, to help you get over the fear of taking the next step. It's good you're already networking.
