Looking to invest, new to real estate

Josh Rulnick
Posted

Looking to invest in the Pittsburgh area.. the market seems to be tough right now but looking for some help.

I currently have one property that I am renting out and have about 30,000 I am looking for another deal.

Any suggestions on what route I should take?

thank you!

@Josh Rulnick I would suggest investing that money in better quality. I like the idea of C plus B or A areas.

$30,000 will not buy you anything in those areas if you are paying all cash. $30,000 down payment will get you a very nice property worth $100,000. You are correct the market here is saturated so you need to educate yourself on the market and build a strong team here.
