Just starting 25yrs old 100k/year
I have a great job selling cars making 100k a year. I just got out of debt and have 15,000 saved up. Never owned a home. I think I could get an FHA loan for up to a 4 plex. I have listened to about every podcast on here and bought 10 of the top 15 books on here and will read when I get them. Looked at a 4 plex in somewhat sketchy part of town but it may work...
Any suggestions?
