Private lender wanting to partner

My name is Aiden Smith and this is my first post on the forum board. I have a close family member looking to partner with me. He has agreed to be my private lender, he also owns his own construction business to reduce labor costs on rehabbing.

I would be finding the deals, managing the properties, as well as keeping all our numbers intact. Also can help with labor since I was in construction for a short time.

I was wondering what the best way would be to structure this partnership.
