New to wholesale (CLT)
Hello,
Taking the leap to start wholesale in Charlotte.
As i learn more i would be interested in understanding the contract portion where do you find these?
Is there resources available to understand what the contract should say?
As i get familiar with BP IM also interested in learning from everyone. So tips on gaining insight in probate list in the different surrounding counties? Would be helpful as well.
