Buy House Cash Or Mortgage?

Hi guys, this is my first post here! Glad to be a part of this community . I had a question... I’m in the process of looking for my first home. I’m thinking around 250-350... And im debating on whether or not i should buy it all in cash or get out a mortgage? All opinions welcome, it seems to be a very controversial topic...
