Hi Every BP Members, my name is Samuel R.Demers and I'am a new member of BP. I'am 22 years old and I'am new to all this real estate investment. In the last year I took this more like a job and I try to learn a lot to every blog, every magazine and every website like BP that could help me out. I live in Canada so all the law and financial things are very different to USA but still good for investors.Today, I'am here in front of you to ask some help about the beginning of an real estate investors.

My main goal in real estate and the main reason of why I'am doing that is because I want to build something that will put me on the map and tell that I did it and I earn every penny that worth now. But the problem is I don't know where to start. My strategy is to Buy and Hold all my properties for about 3-5 years and reevaluate.
