Newbie looking for investment property in Tampa/St.Pete/Orlando

Hi everyone!

I'm a newbie investor looking for an investment property in FL. From what I can tell, the Tampa/St. Petersburg area is looking good re: multifamily units, and Orlando looks good re: STR. Would love to connect with anyone here (particularly investors) who has experience in any of these markets.

I've read that the Orlando market is getting oversaturated with STRs -- I'm curious if in your research you found that supply is getting to a point of exceeding demand?
