First Property Under Contract!
Extremely excited to say that I have my first rental property under contract! My Wife and I are going to be living in it for the next year fixing it up then rent it out! It is in Green Valley Ranch, Colorado very close to were the new tech center is being built.
Purchased Price: $316,000
Rehab estimate: $15,000
ARV: $400,000
Oh and better yet! My close friend asked me to join his Real Estate Team. He will be paying for my classes for the license, teaching me everything I need to know, pay for the marketing!
