rehabbing or flipping without experince

How can you flip or rehab a house with no knowledge of construction/contractors? I know you can get inspectors but I keep hearing how you need to jump on a deal quick. I am also hearing a lot of making offers without seeing the property. How do you do that and still know it is a deal?

@Suzanne Lee yes you can do a deal with no experience. However you need to understand that is very risky.

You don't. That is why I say it is risky. Learn your market, network with other investors. Go look at their deals and ask them about the numbers and scope of work.

I have been doing this for 15+ years. I  don't race to put in an offer. I'd rather lose a deal than lose money.
