Hello. I am a non U.S resident investor trying to start my own Real Estate Business in the U.S. Has anyone done this or has any clues or advice to start? Legal, financial and tax wise. Thank you very much

Hi Salvador,

I am a non resident investor. I didn't need an ITIN till I submitted my first tax return with the IRS.

Many investors like to set up an LLC for a variety of reasons.

All the best!
