What's the best REI Tool Kit?

I'm just getting started in real estate investing. Looking to do some wholesaling to get my feet wet and network with other investors, lenders, etc. There are so many tools, apps, etc available to help investors. Can anyone give me their experience with the following REI Tool Kits or is there something else that superior.
