REI in the Colorado Front Range
Hey there guys!
Wannabe investor here with my sights set on Colorado. I'm currently in the service with an EAOS date of December 2020 and recently the city of Greeley has caught my eye. Seems to have some potential for a new investor starting out compared to Denver/Boulder. Does anyone have any experience doing business in this city or current insight into the housing market? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
