Best way to invest $10,000.00 (Turnkey, REIT, Crowdfunding)?

Hello fellow BP friends,

I'm awaiting to receive a work back pay of approximately $10,000.00 (CAD) in the near future. I'm just seeking out some recommendations on how and where to best park the money to get the Maximum ROI possible. I realize it won't do anything sitting in my bank account so I'm looking for a vehicle to make it exponentially grow.

Looking forward to reading your thoughts.

Thanks.

Thanks

It's like a syndication or crowdfunding. You and other investors invest in a fund that could have a few different objectives. Some are just as simple as a single value-add apartment building, while others could be much larger and longer term.

Depending on how it is set up you MAY need to be accredited. A few years ago the laws changed so some funds can allow non-accredited investors.
