About to submit an offer for an investment property in Fayetteville, NC and would love any recommendations for a quality home inspector.

I use Eric ‘Oz’ Schult for my inspections. He is thorough, gives you a written report, and provides a verbal consultation also. 

Pay special attention if you are interested in older properties, look for any underground oil tanks. Big $$$ if they have leaked. 

We also have problems with septic tanks and wells in some rural areas. Make sure all water and sewer assessments are paid or if there are any pending.
