Looking to invest in Myrtle Beach, SC as a First Time Investor

Hi Everyone!

I am saving and planning on real estate investing within the next year. I live in Seattle where the properties are ridiculous for investors. My interests in real estate investing are Phoenix, Arizona, and Myrtle Beach, SC. For Myrtle Beach, I want to find a condo under the 200's for a vacation property rental. Are there any experienced REI in these areas that can give me tips and connect me to the right people? Thanks :)!
