Has anyone heard of Ashwood Lending Firm?

I found this site yesterday afternoon and I applied for a loan. This morning, I received an email stating they approved me for 100k. I only need $1800.00 terms 600/month and my first payment will be on August 15 over the next 15 years and they sent over the documents with details. It seems legit, but not sure. I couldn't find them with a google search.

As a side note, I don't think not being able to find a company online is a big deal since I've done business with a third party company for my janitorial business and was able to get a contract with a major retailer in which the third party pays me monthly for performing work on this contract. The third party I deal with for the janitorial business is not searchable online either.

I figure it's worth it. They will fund me the same day.

@Talibah Coleman  I went to their website and punched in their address to Google Maps, 925 Saratoga Ave San Jose CA, and it shows a picture of an older residential house.  No lender / license number on their website either.

No phone number on their website.

100% scam IMO, especially asking for 3 months payments up front.
