How do I get started as an investor with bad credit and no money

I'm just starting out as a real estate investor. I have paid so much money and keep being told in the end when the answers that were promised aren't delivered, I need to pay more to get information origionally promised, on how to navigate through the business. I've paid for what mostly feels like  pointless information.

I've gotten more concrete information from downloading books, going to the library, speaking to people and these internet forums so I've decided to seek more knowledge via this avenue.

Maybe I would have kept paying if my finances didn't come to a screeching halt...but they have and I'm still only at point A and I'm determined on being successful as an investor.

I've sort of imprinted on this business and I know it's what I'm intended to be doing!

Is there anyone who's been where I am that is willing to extend a hand or good advice?

I am accepting help from anyone who knows what they are doing because I realize I need help.

You need to pay off all of your bad consumer debt and save an emergency fund before you try to get started. In the mean time, keep reading books, articles and forums - keep educating yourself.
