Hello all ,

Just a quick intro... born and raised in the Washington Metro area. Silver Spring is my home. I’m a complete newbie but I would love to get more “dialed-in” to the real estate investing community. I’m looking to invest in condos and or townhomes in the near future. I plan on being a long distance investor. Cities like Fayetteville NC and Columbia SC have caught my eye. I’ve looked locally also ( PG county MD and other parts of MD) but nothing has jumped out at me yet. Maybe I should look harder. Ha.

Full disclosure : I’m a geographer(GIS specialist) 40ish hours/week, so you can say that I tend to think about location , location , location.

Thank you guys !
