How to determine rehab cost: HELP NEEDED
Hey BP friends,
One of the biggest challenges I am facing as a new investor is estimating rehab costs for an investment property when filling out my rental property calculator.
Have you guys faced this challenge? If so, what is the best way to overcome this challenge?
How do you guys briefly estimate the amount that it will take to fix a place just by looking at pictures?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated
