EB5 visa Direct investment in real estate

Hello,

Wish to hear from anyone who has gone through EB5 visa Direct investment (non Regional Center) in real estate and successfully obtained a green card.

Any guidance on how real estate investment can be structured as a business and generate 10 full time American jobs to satisfy the EB5 visa rules would be appreciated.

Please look up EB5 direct investment if you have not heard about it.
