Im looking over an offer and agent is waiting to receive the disclosure. Should I wait to review the disclosure before signing the offer?

@Natasha Richardson usually means that the seller doesn't know, it depends what it is but most things will be found by an inspector. I've seen some disclosures that don't know if there is a pool or not, they are just minimizing liability and have likely never seen the property in these situations.

@Natasha Richardson - What type of deal is? It's always best to look at the disclosures first. But that depends on what you know going into the deal and how competitive your market it. I put in offers frequently without even asking for disclosures because I already know what the problems are with the house and what I'm going to do in my rehab

It depends on how much contingency period you have to review disclosures. If none then yes, if a lot then no. Assuming this is a normal purchase.

@Aaron K. I got it. Agent just emailed it over. Should I be concerned if some of the boxes don’t have a yes, no or n/a checked? The property was rehabbed/renovated recently.
