Hello everyone , i have a question.

Im the owner of my house , and i want to expand my house with a new bath and bedroom.

I how to do everything , electric.  Pluming,  build ( in my life i worked for different company and i leaned all ) .

The question is. Can i do it my self? I know the contractor can do better and bla bla bla , i have to follow the code ( but i can hire an architet that can tell me what i have to follow)

If you know how to do all of those things why do you need to ask us?

I would check with your city. Some states will allow homeowners to perform their own electrical, etc. You will need to apply for the appropriate permitting. Some places will only allow the licensed professional to apply for these. Be prepared to have the inspector out a few times unless you are super experienced.
