Hi I’m a 19 year old and I’ve been interested in real estate for about 6 months trying to learn as much as I can. Recently I was given the opportunity to “bird dog” for someone in my local area. I’m just wondering whether people think it’s truly beneficial to my future in real estate to commit to doing this
