RE software for investors
Hi! I need help deciding on all these different RE software programs. Some say Propstream is best, some Privvy, others REIPro. And those are just the ones I know of! Can anyone tell me as a beginner what they would recommend & why? Cost is a factor as well. My goal is to be able to do comps primarily but the ability to find cash buyers is also great. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
